In his most recent role as Chief Development Officer and Interim Co-Executive Director at Hurleyville Performing Arts Centre (Sullivan County, NY), Tal oversaw a diverse staff of 22 and a remarkable 300% budget increase within three years, reaching $1.4 million by developing new income streams, expanding the donor base, and securing substantial grant revenue. His efforts secured over $20 million in funding for initiatives spanning refugee aid, Head Start, food justice, mental health services, senior housing, and teen workplace readiness. Notable clients included Friends of the Children New York, Teens for Food Justice, JCCA, Hamilton Madison House, and WHEDco, with funding agencies ranging from private foundations to the US Department of Health and Human Services.
